I own UX/UI for Uniqode's marketing site, internal tools, and AI-powered design tools — plus the marketing design system, marketing collateral, and accessibility work. In one year: 8+ AI tools shipped, a from-scratch design system, and measurable cuts to both design cost and turnaround time.

  • Designed & built 8+ AI tools (icons, carousels, blog, social): 95%+ faster output, ₹2.5L/year saved on stock imagery.
  • Directed Gen-AI video (Veo, Kling AI) for social & campaigns, prompt to final cut; improved social CTR by 14% via a WCAG-aligned redesign, earning Exceptional ratings in '25 & '26.
  • Engineered an AI tool cutting token usage 30,000+ → 600 per run (97% reduction).
  • Launched a self-serve Brand Guidelines hub: 100% on-brand output, recognized by co-founder.
  • Led a cross-timezone redesign of 150+ pages: delivery cut from 5 days to 3 hours.
  • Self-taught Claude Code & Figma MCP, no engineering background, building a production design system from scratch that saved 3–6 months of manual work.

I standardized two prompt add-ons, one with people and one without, that consistently produce realistic, on-brand imagery straight out of the model, no reshoots, no stock library. That fully replaced our iStock subscription, saving ₹2,50,000/year.
